Do you provide maintenance contracts?
Yes, we provide planned maintenance contracts for all manner of properties. Contact us If you are a property owner, landlord, property management company or an estate agent to see how we can help with your ongoing electrical maintenance.

Part P is a building regulations requirement, designed to increase the safety of households by regulating electrical work. This legal requirement simply states: ‘fixed electrical installations in dwellings shall be suitably designed, installed, inspected and tested so as to provide reasonable protection against fire or cause of injury to persons.’ All of AAC’s electricians are Part P registered with the NICEIC governing body.
What is a PAT test and why do I need one?
PAT testing ,or portable appliance testing is a legal requirement for all businesses and schools. The test insures that your portable appliances are safe to use. AAC can provide you with a planned annual PAT testing service or a one off test if you’d prefer.
Do I need an electrical certificate for my loft?
Most people are often not aware that that their loft conversion’s electrical installation must be designed, installed, tested and certified by a qualified electrician in compliance with Part P of the Building Regulations. The installation, testing and certification of your loft’s electrics can be done by one of AAC’s qualified electricians who will provide you with a fully compliant electrical installation certificate to submit to building control.
From our head office in Welwyn Garden City we primarily cover London & the Home Counties but regularly travel further afield when required.
Are your electricians accredited?
AAC are registered with the NICEIC Approved Contractor, Domestic Installer and PAT schemes. NICEIC contractors are assessed to the highest standard covering all areas of electrical installations & testing.
